Whoopsies! I haven’t posted for a few days, so I’m here with a quick post to keep you on your toes before an interesting one coming up in the next few days!
Smoothies and juices have been all the range for the past couple of years and you’ll usually find your favourite celeb accessorising with one after the gym. They are a perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack, so I thought I would share with you my favourite green smoothie.
For one cup you will need:
- handful of spinach
- half a lemon (peeled)
- 4 inches of a cucumber (roughly chopped)
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2 kiwi’s (peeled)
- 1 pear (peeled)
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
Whizz everything together for about 1-2 minutes or until smooth. This will stay yummy for around 12 hours if kept in the fridge but is best drunk fresh.
